The linear television networks listed fall into three categories:
Domestic– POC: Features linear TV networks that are owned and operated by people of color in the United States.
POC Partnerships: Highlights linear TV networks that are created in partnership with people of color and non-POC entities.
Non-POC Owned: Displays linear TV networks targeting people of color created by non-POC media entities or formerly POC-founded owned channels acquired by non-POC media entities.
