‘A Hot Set’ Welcomes New Film Editor Mia Riedel

A.N. Publishing announces the appointment of Mia Riedel as the new Film Editor. Mia will oversee content development for the Film and Awards & Festival departments. She will also share responsibilities for content development in the Media department with the TV Editor.

Mia started her editorial career as a writer for OutRight Publication where she honed her skills as a journalist reaching, interviewing, writing, and editing other journalists' articles that take niche topics and make them accessible to broader audiences. Additionally, Mia has an academic background that includes philosophy, history, and writing at the University of California Los Angeles. This has provided her with a unique perspective and a deep understanding of the arts and culture landscape.

Under Mia's editorial direction, she will develop and curate comprehensive coverage of the film industry, ranging from the latest production news and box office numbers to motion picture reviews and commentary on the industry. She will also guide A Hot Set's full coverage of the global awards season, as well as the coverage of annual film festivals, the latest developments in live theater, and content that provides a view of the entertainment industry from the C-suite. In addition, Mia will lead A Hot Set's continued coverage of the international media markets.
